Zhuanghe Municipal Party Secretary Supervises and Inspects COVID-19 Prevention and Control as well as the Management of Fishing Vessels and Ports at Sea.
On July 4, Shen Shoubó, Secretary of the Zhuanghe Municipal Party Committee, led a team to conduct a supervisory inspection of our city’s epidemic prevention and control efforts as well as the management of fishing vessels and ports at sea. Vice Mayor Zhu Qinghui participated in the inspection.
Transforming work styles, strengthening responsibility, and ensuring effective implementation—the Municipal Fisheries, Fishermen, and Fishing Vessel Administration successfully concluded the 2022 annual fishery resource enhancement and release event.
Using boats and ships as our means of transportation, we cultivate the sea and engage in fishing and aquaculture. Since ancient times, the ocean has been a vital “blue granary” and a treasure trove of resources for humanity. In 2022, the Municipal Fisheries, Fishermen, and Fishing Vessel Administration, guided by Xi Jinping’s Thought on Ecological Civilization, earnestly implemented the “Outline of China’s Action Plan for the Conservation of Aquatic Biological Resources,” with the goal of building a green and sustainable marine ecological environment and promoting high-quality development of marine fisheries. The administration continuously strengthened its sense of responsibility, intensified enforcement efforts, raised work standards, and carried out the 2022 fishery resource enhancement and release activities in a solid and orderly manner.
Zhuanghe City Holds a Welcome and Training Meeting for Assigned Cadres
On June 30, Zhuanghe City held a welcome and training meeting for dispatched cadres, aiming to further align thinking, strengthen measures, and ensure accountability. The meeting seeks to fully leverage the role of dispatched cadres in providing assistance to villages (and communities), thereby laying an even stronger foundation for the coordinated promotion of rural revitalization and grassroots social governance.
Zhuanghe City Holds a Meeting on the Identification of Non-local Workers in Fishery Aquaculture and on Safe Production in Fishery Aquaculture Areas.
On July 25, Zhuanghe City held a meeting on the investigation of non-local workers engaged in fishery aquaculture and on safety production in fishery aquaculture areas. The meeting heard reports on related work, made arrangements for the investigation of non-local fishery aquaculture workers, and discussed the management of fishing ports and natural harbors as well as safety production efforts. Sun Gongli, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Su Changzhong, Member of the Municipal Party Committee and Vice Mayor, presided over the meeting.

The Zhuanghe Municipal Political Consultative Conference and the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision jointly conducted an inspection of our city's efforts to improve the business environment.
On July 28, the Zhuanghe Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) organized a joint inspection tour with members of the CPPCC Standing Committee and CPPCC members, in collaboration with the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, to examine our city’s efforts in improving the business environment. Yu Decai, Chairman of the Municipal CPPCC, along with Vice Chairmen Tian Wenjiang, Liu Yuquan, and Guan Hongli, participated in the inspection. Relevant leaders and staff from the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision also took part in the inspection. Cui Xiaodong, a member of the Municipal Party Committee and Vice Mayor, was invited to join the inspection.

According to the unified deployment of the Municipal Party Committee, from December 8, 2020, to January 31, 2021, the Sixth Inspection Team conducted an inspection of Dalian Huanghai Port & Shipping Co., Ltd. On April 30, the Inspection Team provided feedback on the inspection findings to the Party Branch of Dalian Huanghai Port & Shipping Co., Ltd. In accordance with the principle of openness in Party affairs and relevant requirements for inspection work, we are now making public the status of rectification measures taken in response to the inspection.

Instructions for Inspection and Quarantine of Inbound and Outbound Personnel
According to the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Frontier Health and Quarantine" and its implementing rules, passengers exhibiting symptoms or signs such as fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, diarrhea, or vomiting—as well as those suffering from infectious diseases or mental illnesses—are required to proactively declare their condition to customs and undergo health quarantine.

To Promote Development, Wangjia Town Launches the First Sailing Island-Hopping Route in Zhuanghe City.
At 9 a.m. on July 12, two “Sea Dream” sailboats carrying more than 50 tourists set off from Dongtan Port in Wangjia Town, Zhuanghe City, for their first round-the-island voyage. Along the way, the tourists marveled at famous coastal sights such as the Divine Turtle Gazing into the Sea, the Elephant Drinking Water, the Monkey King Guarding the Sea, and the islands of Double Lions, Well Frog, Yuanbao, and Shoulong. The entire journey lasted 1 hour and 20 minutes, marking the official launch and operation of Zhuanghe City’s first sailboat-based island-hopping tour route.
