The Party General Branch of Dalian Huanghai Port & Shipping Co., Ltd. was established in September 2023. It has two branch party cells under its jurisdiction and currently counts 63 Party members and 10 active candidates for Party membership. The 4th Congress of the Chinese Young Pioneers in Zhuanghe City was held.

On July 27, the 4th Congress of the Chinese Young Pioneers in Zhuanghe City was held at the Art Center of Zhuanghe High School. More than 200 delegates—including official representatives from primary and secondary schools across the city, relevant municipal agencies, and social organizations, as well as school principals attending as non-voting observers—gathered to review the pioneering journey of the Young Pioneers in our city and outline a new blueprint for their future development. Qu Yang, Deputy Secretary of the Dalian Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, and Wang Qing, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee of our city, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. Shen Tieyan, Kou Nan, and Tian Wenjiang, leaders of our city, also attended the opening ceremony.

On the eve of the "August 1" Army Day, leaders of Zhuanghe City carried out visits and offered condolences.

As the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People's Liberation Army approaches, Shen Shoubó, Secretary of the Zhuanghe Municipal Party Committee; Sun Gongli, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor; Li Yongxiang, Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People’s Congress; Yu Decai, Chairman of the Municipal Political Consultative Conference; and Wang Qing, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee—along with other municipal leaders—visited and extended greetings to the troops stationed in Zhuanghe and to some veteran veterans, carrying with them the deep affection of the city’s residents for the military personnel and their sincere care for the elderly veterans.

The 2022 Training Workshop for Leading Officials of Townships (Subdistricts) and Municipal Departments in Zhuanghe City on Party Building-Driven Grassroots Governance Has Begun.

To deeply study and implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on strengthening grassroots work and enhancing grassroots governance capacity, and to focus on improving the quality of grassroots cadres, elevating the level of grassroots governance, and promoting the modernization of the grassroots governance system and governance capabilities, the “2022 Zhuanghe City Training Workshop for Leading Officials of Townships (Subdistricts) and Municipal Departments, Guided by Party Building for Grassroots Governance,” hosted by the Municipal Party Committee’s Organization Department and the Municipal Party School, officially commenced on the morning of August 1st on the second floor south of the Municipal Party School. This training workshop will last for three days, and a total of 30 leading officials from various townships (subdistricts) and municipal departments are participating in the program.
