The company’s Party General Branch consistently adheres to the guiding principles of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and is committed to comprehensively enhancing the scientific level of grassroots Party building work.
The company’s Party branch firmly implements the major decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee as well as the important instructions and directives of General Secretary Xi Jinping. It has thoroughly studied the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech during his inspection tour of Liaoning Province, consciously using the Party’s innovative theories to fortify our minds, guide our practice, and advance our work. Taking the “Three Meetings and One Class” as a key initiative, the branch has carried out solid and in-depth study and education on the spirit of the Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulations. In 2025, the company’s Party general branch held a total of five plenary meetings for all Party members, delivered seven special Party lessons, conducted one special democratic life meeting, held one organizational life meeting, convened two special meetings on Party conduct and integrity building, and organized one warning education session. Through these series of activities, all Party members and cadres have been further guided to deeply understand the decisive significance of the “Two Establishments,” earnestly enhance their “Four Consciousnesses,” firmly uphold their “Four Confidences,” and ensure they “Two Safeguards.”
The Party General Branch of the company firmly implements the responsibility system for building a clean and honest government, resolutely assumes the primary responsibility for exercising strict governance over the Party in all respects, regularly studies and deploys work on building a clean and honest government and combating corruption, continuously promotes the integration of Party leadership into every aspect of Huanghai Company’s governance, strictly enforces the Party Constitution and the Several Guidelines on Political Life within the Party under the new circumstances, adheres to the principle of democratic centralism, and rigorously implements the “three major matters” decision-making system.
