As the peak tourist season approaches, island tourism is gaining increasing popularity, and the “Sea Tour to Dalian”—specifically, visiting the Nine Islands of Haiwang—has become a hot new itinerary. Zou Bin, the first secretary dispatched by Dalian Laohutan Scenic Area Development & Management Co., Ltd. to Lintuan Village, Wangjia Town, Zhuanghe City, has leveraged the unique characteristics of island tourism in Wangjia Island to break through bottlenecks hindering the thriving development of the tourism industry by pioneering new models. Utilizing the platform of Laohutan’s 5A-level tourist attraction, he is showcasing the stunning beauty of the Nine Islands of Haiwang on a grand scale, injecting fresh momentum into rural revitalization.

Newly constructed berths within the open port area of Zhuanghe Port have passed acceptance and been put into operation.

On December 16, 2021, led by the Provincial Port Office and in collaboration with the Dalian Municipal People's Government Port Office, Dalian Customs, Liaoning Maritime Bureau, and the Liaoning Entry-Exit Frontier Inspection General Station, an acceptance team was formed to conduct the commissioning and acceptance inspection of the newly constructed berths within the open port area of Zhuanghe Port. The team approved the successful completion of the acceptance inspection for three newly built berths and submitted the approval to the provincial government. Sun Gongli, Deputy Secretary of the Zhuanghe Municipal Party Committee and Acting Mayor, Su Changzhong, a member of the Municipal Party Committee and Vice Mayor, along with representatives from relevant inspection agencies, attended the meeting.

The administration continuously strengthened its sense of responsibility, intensified enforcement efforts, raised work standards, and carried out the 2022 fishery resource enhancement and release activities in a solid and orderly manner.
