The draft Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the Project of Berths 201# to 204# in the Jiangjunshi Operation Area of Zhuanghe Port Zone, Dalian Port (Major Amendment) has been completed. Construction Location: Within the Jiangjunshi Operation Area of Zhuanghe Port, Dala Yao Village, Changsheng Subdistrict, Zhuanghe City, Dalian, Liaoning Province.

Construction Scale and Contents: One Ro-Ro berth with a capacity of 20,000 GT, one general-purpose berth with a capacity of 20,000 tons, two multipurpose berths each with a capacity of 20,000 tons, and associated supporting facilities. The land-based engineering works include a temporary storage yard covering 31,000 m², a heavy container yard covering 114,000 m², an empty container area covering 25,000 m², a bulk cargo yard covering 73,000 m², as well as supporting facilities such as office buildings, maintenance workshops, container handling and assembly warehouses, and a central substation. The annual cargo throughput is 3.35 million tons, and the annual passenger volume is 50,000 passenger trips.
