Public Notice Prior to Approval of the Environmental Impact Assessment for the Project of Berths 201#–204# in the Jiangjunshi Operation Area, Zhuanghe Port Area, Dalian Port (Major Amendment)
In accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations such as the Environmental Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People’s Republic of China, Dalian Huanghai Port & Shipping Co., Ltd. has commissioned Yingkou Liangcheng Environmental Protection Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. to undertake the environmental impact assessment for the “Dalian Port Zhuanghe Port Area Jiangjunshi Operation Zone Berths 201# to 204# Project (Major Amendment).” The preparation of the “Environmental Impact Report for the Dalian Port Zhuanghe Port Area Jiangjunshi Operation Zone Berths 201# to 204# Project (Major Amendment)” has now been completed.

In compliance with the relevant requirements of the “Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment,” we are hereby making public the Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the Dalian Port Zhuanghe Port Area Jiangjunshi Operation Zone Berths 201# to 204# Project (Major Modification) prior to its submission for approval. The following information is hereby made publicly available; please refer to the documents below for the full text of the Environmental Impact Assessment Report and the Public Participation Statement.
