First Public Notice of the Environmental Impact Assessment for the Project of Berths 201# to 204# in the Jiangjunshi Operation Area, Zhuanghe Port Area, Dalian Port (Major Amendment)
In accordance with the relevant requirements of the “Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment” (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Order No. 4), the first public notice is hereby issued for the environmental impact assessment of the 201# to 204# berths project (major modification) in the Jiangjunshi Operation Area of the Zhuanghe Port Zone of Dalian Port.

In accordance with the relevant requirements of the “Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment” (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Order No. 4), the first public notice is hereby given for the environmental impact assessment of the Project involving Berths 201 to 204 in the Jiangjunshi Operation Area of the Zhuanghe Port Zone of Dalian Port (a significant modification). The content of the notice is as follows:

Project Name: Dalian Port Zhuanghe Port Area, Jiangjunshi Operation Zone, Berths 201–204 (Major Change)
Project Location: Within the Jiangjunshi Operation Area of Dala Yao Village Port, Changsheng Subdistrict, Zhuanghe City, Dalian
Project Scope: The project includes two multipurpose berths each with a capacity of 20,000 tons, one general-purpose berth with a capacity of 20,000 tons, and one Ro-Ro passenger berth with a capacity of 20,000 GT. It also comprises land-based storage yards and associated supporting facilities. The designed annual cargo throughput is 3.4 million tons, and the annual passenger volume is 50,000 passengers. The primary cargo types include mining and construction materials, non-metallic ores, steel, mechanical and electrical equipment, appliances, and non-ferrous metals. The packaging forms mainly consist of bulk cargoes, breakbulk cargoes, and containers.
