Public Notice Prior to Filing for Environmental Impact Assessment of the Renovation and Expansion Project for Berths 202# to 204# in the Jiangjunshi Operation Area of Zhuanghe Port District
In accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations such as the Environmental Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People’s Republic of China, Dalian Huanghai Port & Shipping Co., Ltd. has commissioned Yingkou Liangcheng Environmental Protection Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. to undertake the environmental impact assessment for the “Expansion and Renovation Project of Berths 202# to 204# in the Jiangjunshi Operation Area of Zhuanghe Port Area.” The preparation of the “Environmental Impact Report for the Expansion and Renovation Project of Berths 202# to 204# in the Jiangjunshi Operation Area of Zhuanghe Port Area” has now been completed.

In compliance with the relevant requirements of the “Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment,” we are hereby making public the Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the Expansion and Renovation Project of Berths 202# to 204# in the Jiangjunshi Operation Area of Zhuanghe Port Area prior to its submission for approval. The following information is hereby made publicly available; please refer to the documents below for the full text of the Environmental Impact Assessment Report and the details of public participation procedures.
