The draft Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the Renovation and Expansion Project of Berths 202–204 in the Jiangjunshi Operation Area of Zhuanghe Port has been completed. We are now making this information public and soliciting comments and opinions related to the environmental impacts of this project.

Construction Location: Within the Jiangjunshi Operation Area of Zhuanghe Port, Dala Yao Village, Changsheng Subdistrict, Zhuanghe City, Dalian, Liaoning Province.
Construction Scale and Content: The hydraulic structure capacity reserved for berths No. 202 to No. 204 will be released, enabling both the two 10,000-ton multipurpose berths and the one 10,000-ton general-purpose berth to accommodate vessels of up to 20,000 tons. After the renovation and expansion, each berth will have a designed annual cargo throughput capacity of 2.82 million tons. Other auxiliary facilities will rely on existing infrastructure.
