Project Overview: The project is located within the Jiangjunshi Operation Area of Zhuanghe Port, in Dala Yao Village, Changsheng Subdistrict, Zhuanghe City, Dalian, Liaoning Province. The total investment for the project’s renovation and expansion amounts to 1.97 million yuan. The project includes two multipurpose berths (Nos. 202 and 203) each with a capacity of 10,000 tons, as well as one general-purpose berth (No. 204) also with a capacity of 10,000 tons. The scope of work includes preparing reports on wharf structural inspection and assessment, engineering feasibility studies, engineering design, evaluation of the impact on navigational conditions of waterways, demonstration of navigational conditions, pre-acceptance multi-beam bathymetric surveys of the waters, and final acceptance procedures. After the renovation and expansion, each berth will have a designed annual cargo throughput capacity of 2.82 million tons. Other auxiliary facilities will rely on the existing infrastructure.
